I just found this site and I'm glad to hear that there are other fossil hunters as intrigued as I am. I used to work on base there at Pax River but now I'm living in Charleston. My parents and girlfriend live there still and just this past weekend I went to the cliffs for a while. Next time I'm in town aka Xmas I'd like to meet some fellow fossil hunters and learn more! I have yet to find a tooth at Calvert! Plenty of complete scallops, parts of clams, snail shells. Like everyone else I'm still trying to score a meg tooth.
