Finally! A big whole Meg
Ditchweezil, I found an awesome Meg. that was barely visible on the surface at H. Dev. last weekend. I dug it out and kept thinking, please let it be an unbroken big one and it was! I also found two smaller ones and lots of other teeth nearby. I know I've had a good day toothin' when my pile of teeth looks comparable to one of your hauls. The big one is 8.5 cm on one side and 9 cm on the other. It has all serrations, root and tip intact. It is taupe color throughout.

Re: Finally! A big whole Meg
Congratulations! Your first is the most memorable. You've worked hard for this one. There's little to compare to the excitement when you're digging one out, is there? Congrats again! dw

Please remember that many of the people in the forum are men...as such we do not understand colors like "taupe". Please use only colors that we can understand in future posts, e.g. brown, light-brown, dark-brown, reddish, brownish, etc. ;-) Congrats on your find!
