Lee Creek Carcharhinus teeth anyone?
We all have 'em: piles of unidentified "Carcharhinus sp." teeth from Lee Creek. Well, after spending a ridiculous amount of time staring at my pile, the images on elasmo, LCIII, the Kent book, and a half dozen other websites, I"m getting somewhat skilled (keyword: somewhat) at speciating these things. The problem is, I only started getting serious about this endeavour about 6 months ago. Nearly all of my Carcharhinus teeth that I collected prior to that, I have given away (the whole ones) or sold on ebay (dinged & knicked ones), so now I don't have all that many left, relatively. Question: Does anybody have a pile of Lee Creek Carcharhinus teeth that they're willing to get rid of, either by sale, trade or gift? I can offer a dozen world-class bonito noses for... Just kidding!
