Finding the first BIG ONE at lee's creek

 just wondering how many trips into the mine before the great elusive meg was found?  I've had the privilege of hunting 5 times and the score is megs 5 me 0 although i did score a perfect 3 5/8 mako over memorial weekend . don't get me wrong i've found great things and every trip is awsome almost like a kid in a candy store. was just wanting to here some of the adventures yall had.

  i agree that just being able to hunt in this wonderful world of fossils is an experience of a life time. i also go in with a mental list and have yet to be disappointed or not find several fossils on my list. i figure when the mine wants me to have the big one she'll give it up.

I'm convinced its more luck than skill. Knowing where to look is just the minimum requirement.
