I found this Sunday is it a Meg or something else? I'm leaning toward something else.
Definitely a Megalodon tooth. It looks like it's river worn, but good sized. Nice find!
Megs start out serrated, but a tooth that is heavily worn can have the serrations completely worn down, giving the appearance of a smooth cutting edge. This is most often seen on teeth that are found either in a swift-moving river or out in an ocean trench, where the teeth are exposed to fast currents and fine sediments. Hope this helps!
I still think your tooth is a sweet find!
