"Lee Creek" Volume III available
I have been trying to find a used copy of "Geology and Paleontology of the Lee Creek Mine, North Carolina, III" (impossible). As of yesterday I also could not find anything other than a reference on the internet.

For those interested you can download (HUGE files) PDF files of all 3 volumes of the Lee Creek Mine series by visiting:

http://www.sil.si.edu/smithsoniancontributions/Paleobiology

Type the title for the search.

RE: "Lee Creek" Volume III available
Appears to be only available to the Smithsonian staff.
When I request a copy of either volume 1 or 2 ( vol. 3
doesn't show), I am asked for my library card barcode
number. If you were able to download the material, could
you e-mail me copies?

RE: "Lee Creek" Volume III available
I was able to download all three volumes without having to enter anything. The files are far to big to email, so you'll have to download them from the site that Blackwaterdiver indicated in his post. Lee Creek I is almost 150 megabytes!

Under title search type:

Geology and Paleontology of the Lee Creek Mine

The listings for Vol I, II, III will come up and are available for download in PDF format.

RE: "Lee Creek" Volume III available
Was able to download volumes at work tonight, so it must
just have been my home computer not taking me to correct
site. Thanks blackwaterdiver - you ROCK!
