Hey JP those are pretty cool, especially the reales on the top row. If you ever get bored looking at them I know where you can swap reales for shark teeth or native stone points.
I found it on a spit of high ground along the Potomac River where a stream/swamp enters the river. It is an excellent location for a campsite and I have found some late Archaic quartz points there also. The campsite (?) is about 20 to 25 feet above normal river level and the river is over a mile wide there so it would never be in danger of flooding. The river would have provided fish and transportation and the swampy area would have provided water foul, frogs, turtles, and plant foods like cattail roots. The Potomac is brackish there so the swamp would have provided fresh water too. I have a smaller sharpening stone made of sandstone that I found in Kentucky but it only has one groove in it.
