This 3/4 groove axe has been ground and polished to a very smooth surface. One very visable area (same on both sides) has not been ground and the peck marks are very evident. I bought this axe and a few other things off a guy who collected in some big time sites in the Trenton area before there were alot of regulations reguarding collecting.
