I Have Created a Monster

Everyday, my son asks me to take him fossil hunting. I'm loving it except for the fact that I'm so busy lately. Well, today we made time to go check out the ditch. Some good rainfall came to our area two days ago, so I decided to go to the big ditch to try our luck. Mere minutes after our arrival, he found a 2 inch angustidens laying out clear as anything. He was happy the rest of the day, so it was my turn next. I pulled a really nice mako right from the middle of the creek, followed by a pair of usable but very ugly sunglasses. Next time you run into me, you'll have to check my fab new ditch-wear. Next time, I hope to run across some new boots because today I found out I have a hole in my boot! And I don't care if my boots are ugly.
