Another MEGA day at the Ditch

We've had another rainy week, and the ditch never really got low after last week's deluge. My kids have been seeing the killers I've been scoring there lately, and they both wanted to go. We started up the small creek next to where I park, but we quickly muddied up the water and found it impossible to see the bottom. We exited the ditch and then went in at another point right next to the Chandler Bridge wonderland where my killers have been coming from. To avoid messing anything up, we splashed the walls to expose the teeth. My oldest son scored a giant megalodon first as he splashed away a thin layer of sand. I never saw such an excited look on his face! Next, tha weEzling scored a big angustidens. Besides for the tip, its a KILLER! Color, serrations, root, and all bourlette is intact. Then I finally saved myself the humiliation of a skunking by my kids with another grand colored angustidens. We were only at the ditch for 45 minutes before it got dark, and we only found 3 teeth, but DANG! What a productive day!
