With low tide near noon we decided to check the beach out for a hour or so .We got to the beach 2 hours before low tide hoping to be lucky instead of first ,bu the bay was dead calm . The beach was scattered with tiny teeth ,matrix chips and shells ,but the larger teeth sank beneath sand.We did manage to find 2 good ,1chipped mako all 1 1/2 ". Found a few meg chunks but nothing whole .We did find 1 more complete cow shark and a few hemi before leaving for lunch. We seem to be on a mako cow streak on this beach which over the years hasn't been the case.
