Only time of year I wake up this earlyThis is what you call a damn good blowout tide. One meg in the cobble stone, only root exposed. Another in sand being washed out only very tip exposed. A 3.25 inch meg cracked right down the center. That would of been beautiful! Then a tiny worn meg to top the day off...But wait! On the way off the beach another pathological upper hemi was on top the sand. Weird looking. It seems to me that H.serra has more pathologies then any other shark.
The random piece of metal was found metal detecting on a farm just north of this fossil hunting location. If anyone has a clue on what it could be I would love to know. Its decorative on both sides. The square on the inside looks somewhat out of shape. Due to how it was made. It looks old to me.
see you on the next blowout -tony
