fun times with friends in summerville

What a way to spend a day. I meet up with mudkicker around 5:30 am and we were on the way to summerville to meet up with Aeromike at 8 am. Well two creeks and a land site later the finds were great. A 1 1/2 inch squalodon tooth, 2 3/4 Angy, 3 3/4 inch Angy, A 2 inch arrow head, and a indian scraper. Aeromike was also lucky with a very nice Great White and a 4 1/2 inch Meg. ------- Hope to see alot of you guys at Lafarge in two weeks.

Sure was great to meet up with you and mudkicker, glad we all scored some nice teeth. I was especially happy to find my first inner ear bone and glad I didn't do to much damage to the meg with my fork. We will have a better time next time we all meet up. That angy is killer!!! and better looking in person, that pic doesn't do it justice! AeroMike Drool Quotient : 10 of 10

I want to find out where Dorchester Creek is. Maybe a good place to hunt for fossils there, also. I live in North Charleston, off Dorchester Road, near CAFB.

Used to collect behind Sangaree Elementary in a creek i think was called mill creek,,over the years i found museum quality stuff and several different whale skulls,,I came back after 3 years over xmas to collect and was disapointed to find the developers had ruined the site ,what used to be a natural flowing sand bottom creek with 15 ft walls on each side, was now pushed in and filled by the bulldozers,,pollution is draining in through new drainage pipes and the water is filthy ,,how disappointing,,anyone ever collect there?
