Unknown Fish or Ray Dermal Scute   Dorchester County, South Carolina, USA - Unidentified - Other
This isn't in any of my Eocene books so I don't know what species its from. I just know it looks really cool. Its covered with tiny little bumps that all surround a main central cone that has enamel on it. If anyone knows what species this is, please let me know. Thanks!...

2 3/4" fish vertebra   Dorchester County, South Carolina, USA - Unidentified - Other
This is the biggest fish vertebra that I have ever found - and I dug it right out of the green cap at Lafarge. When I first found it, I thought it was whale because it was so big, but it’s definitely some kind of fish....
