3 1/2 inch angustidensThis has got to be one of my favorite positions of teeth. Very symetrical and thick. I have a few smaller teeth in the same position, and this spike easily takes the cake as largest. It has a little missing enamel just below the right cusp, but it DOES have the tip and both cusps - not to mention the superior root. A very nice find!
