Carcharocles angustidens toothA really nice looking Carcharocles angustidens tooth from Summerville. I saw it and immediately pulled out my camera. I looked down for just a second to make sure I didn't drop it into the ditch and in that split second I lost the tooth. I stood motionless for 45 seconds looking for the prize. The weezling told me it was under a leaf, and he was right. What a coincidence that the fraction of a second I looked away was enough time for nature to hide this tooth again mere hours after exposing it!
