Two More Arrowheads from the Edisto River

I went exploring with Greg one fine day. We launched at a completely different boat landing to access a different section of the river. We rode upstream quite a distance, passing several potential spots to see what was just a little further upriver. Finally we stopped at a deeper section. On first inspection, it was loaded with gravel so we were pretty happy to get in the water. When we started hunting it though, we didn't find a whole lot. It was strange that it was bereft of fossils because the whole edge was solid chandler bridge. the only logical conclusion was that other divers had cleaned it out before we found it. So we relocated to another spot where we started finding stuff. We hunted for a while and when we finally left, both of us had a nice haul of fossils. I had a sweet little point so I was really happy. The weezling and I hit a different spot the next day and it too had been hammered. we moved up river a little bit and found a nice area of gravel where we uncovered some shark teeth, some pottery, and another artifact. It was a great two days at the river!
