Meeting Scubadoc

Last weekend I had a chance to meet Scubadoc who was in Atlanta for some training. Normally, there are thousands of miles between him and me since he lives in Germany, but while he was in the US he drove to sunny South Carolina to meet me for a few hours hunting for shark teeth.

 He didn't get the angustidens or the six inch megalodon he was looking for, but he did get a nice Isurus desori. It wasn't the best day either of us ever had hunting fossils, but as we discussed, its much more fun than most anything else we could be doing.
